Q. Will I be able to use the cell phone I already have with my new cellular service?
A. Most likely you will not be able to use your old phone with your new wireless service plan. Different carriers may use different wireless network technologies resulting in incompatible phones. Talk time is the total amount of phone usage, which is usually measured in minutes (partial minutes being rounded up), for calls placed and incoming calls received. Off peak minutes, also known as night and weekend minutes, are minutes that fall outside of the peak minute calling times which is when the carriers are least active. Off peak minutes are the least expensive minutes and usually are unlimited.
