Talk time is the total amount of phone usage, which is usually measured in minutes (partial minutes being rounded up), for calls placed and incoming calls received. Because if the higher demand during daytime hours plans that include more daytime minutes are typically more expensive. Off peak minutes, also known as night and weekend minutes, are minutes that fall outside of the peak minute calling times which is when the carriers are least active. Off peak minutes are the least expensive minutes and usually are unlimited.
