Q. How long will the transfer of my phone from my old carrier to my new cellular provider take?
A. According to FCC guidelines the number transfer should be completed within two hours of when it was scheduled. Some carriers still process some of the number portability requests manually. In that case it may take up to four hours to complete the number transfer to your new account. We process a huge number of number portability requests, more than any retailer or website.
